Contiplating Bankruptcy

Please, bare with long post complete situation is described

Ok here is a rough outline of my situation I had decent living arrangements, Where it was rent free, just took care of the house. owner of house got put into a old folks home, i got till August to get out cuz house going up for sale.I

earlier this year i got into a car accident insurance lapsed care wasn't payed for. still owed 13k acc was my fault. i was actually getting insurance renewed when accident happen on way to broker.

now whether or not i got into an accident the situation would be similar. It boils down to I make about 24k per year take home. my average pay is 400-450 per/wk. i take 300 out weekly put it into savings comes down to

1200/mo for car 250, bills 275, house 525, emergency 150. and my what ever money mainly for food and essentials. the $355 car payment done fir in there, even if i freeload with some one and get my CC bills out of way I'm still in trouble With car that i cant even drive anyways, i drive a truck now.

i'm also attending a college pt so i can get my degree.

the loan holder careless what my situation is as long as they get there money even if it means i become homeless.

You might be a candidate for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy depending on whether you qualify. Income and expenses are a major consideration, of course. Feel free to contact me directly by e-mail.
