Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

creditor wins

If a creditor files a complaint to a debt and bk court agrees it's not dischargeable, where does the creditor go from there - will the bankruptcy court order judgement, etc, or does the creditor now need to go to civil court and have the civil court issue the judgement?

A ruling in favor of the creditor will typically include an award in the amount of the claim. The bankruptcy court judgment will be a money judgment if there is no state court judgment already.
