Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I was discharged from my loan in CH7 12/14/09. I wanted to keep my house and was never told that it was discharged until I looked at my credit report on April 1, 2010. My servicer has sent my letters about repaying my current loan. I need to talk to someone.

Mortgages are discharged in bankruptcy, meaning you'd have no liability were you to walk away. However, you can still make payments and pay off a mortgage after your discharge.

We can't "talk" in this forum. Before taking or refraining from action based upon this answer, you would need to consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your area for a true exchange of information; material facts are missing from your query.
