If i am filing ch7 can i change the terms (payment amt.) of an auto loan to keep my trk and reaffirm the debt?

You cannot propose and enforce an alternative payment plan in Chapter 7. You can try to modify the terms of the loan in exchange for a reaffirmation agreement with the lender. It is optional for the lender to modify the terms of the loan.
