How can I get free legal aid for a bankruptcy. I am not working and own no property.

You can try the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. http://www.lassd.org/about.htm
Many times bankruptcy is more affordable than people think. The Bar Association also has a referral service. http://www.sdcba.org/LRIS/
