im behain in my car payment 3 months i dont want to loose my car what can i do work is very slow

You can file for bankruptcy a.s.a.p. to prevent a repo; but it may have to be a Chapter 13 (unless you believe you can bring the payments current within a few months). In a Chapter 13, you can take the next 3-5 yrs to pay for the car ... and you might even pay less than what you owe if you've had it for more than 2.5 yrs.
