If a debtor in bankruptcy owes you a debt that is the result of a fraud, you can file a claim in bankruptcy, followed by an "adversary proceeding" -- a lawsuit in bankruptcy court -- to have the debt declared non-dischargeable. I realize this would involve your once again having to trust one of us lawyers. Contact me, preferably by email, for more.
