Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

If with in the past 3 months I was on Maternity leave does the income from short term disabilty get counted as my income for the Chapter 7 Means test for the 6 months period or do you count your regular salary?
Also would you count rents recieve as income in the means test even if at the end it's a negative due to the mortgage?
Would the question above be the same answer if I filed a Chapter 13 instead?
Would I also be able to count my new born son as part of my household even if I did not have in my tax returns last year cause he was not yet born?
