can i still rid of my home

I filed bankruptcy less than a year ago we kept the house can we go back and let the house go back if the bankruptcy has been dissmissed thank you

I'm not really sure what you are asking. When you say "let the house go back" do you mean, let the secured creditors on the house foreclose and not have to pay them anything? If so, then yes you can do that if you received a discharge of the debt in your case and you did not sign a reaffirmation agreement. If your case was merely dismissed, as you stated, then you may be liable on the debt (depending on whether it was a purchase money mortgage, or a second trust deed...you don't specify) since, obviously, you didn't receive a discharge.
