Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

want to save my home

i was trying to sell my house with a realator and he wastedmy time for twomonths trying to find different ways to scamm me ......... now i am behind in payments and an NOD has been filed........i went to an attorney for legal assistance to file a chpt 13 , but he wanted all monies upfront and i need a payment plan if any out there,.......i just want to buy more time to save my house......

In reply to your question, payment plans can be arranged. You may arrange a free office or telephone consultation to analyze your situation. If it appears that a Chapter 13 will save your home we can often defer legal fees until after your plan has been approved. Fees can then be paid in installments through your reorganization.
