acquire a court order to have a pc confiscated for business records

can I get a court order and serve an ex-partner to confiscate records he kept on his personal pc at home in order to prove my case

An appropriate discovery request if properly made and supported might be obtained to have his computer examined by an expert. That's going to cost you money to hire that expert, so be sure you need it. Unless you already know how to do these things effectively, you should consider hiring an attorney.
