Assaulted at work party

What are my rights if an associate assaulted me at a work part?

legal action for injury. Whether it is practical depends on the extent of injuries, and whether the person has any money or assets to collect against if a large recovery is justified. A 'token' recovery to make a point is always possible. Just don't spend more money in legal fees than it is worth. Feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing this.
