Legal Question in Business Law in California

The BBB is ruining me. They took my rating from an A to an F, blaming my company for work done my another contractor. Are there attorneys that have experience dealing with these people? I can't seem to get anywhere with them and I feel like I'm getting played.

If you are saying they are publishing false information about your company, that they are somehow confusing your company with another, then you have legal rights to correction and remedy. Your first step is to submit to them your evidence and demand such correction. If that doesn't work, then you could sue. In a lawsuit, you have the burden of proof. So, as long as you have credible evidence to back you up, then legal action would be justified. If serious about pursuing this, feel free to contact me.
