Legal Question in Business Law in California

Business deal gone bad!

I sent a large sum of money to a Corporation in the

Country of Gambia, West Afrcia for the purchase of

2 kilo's 96.6% gold dust. the money was sent by way of Western Union on 9/6/01. I have yet to receive

any goods from this deal. The other side has stop

answering my telephone calls. How do I contact the legal authorities in Banjul, Gambia?
