Legal Question in Business Law in California

Business to Business service agreement

I am not sure what type of contract or agreement I would need to use for our business. I need an agreement/contract that would include for so many cars given to us in a certain time period they would get this price, but if it was less/more it would be a differnt price?

Thanks!

Re: Business to Business service agreement

You need to sit down with a lawyer that writes contracts and tell him or her exactly what you're trying to accomplish. Writing contracts is like writing software or novels. It's highly personal and situatiob-dependnet in many business contexts. It is a myth that there must be a pre-written contract you can buy from a publisher for every situation, and just fill in a few blanks. It diesn't work that way, I promise you.
