You won't find a 'free form' that will do you any good, because none would be specific enough, nor likely to be correctly enough drafted by a layman to avoid problems and litigation later when dispute arose over terms not covered, or covered poorly. That's why business people hire experienced attorneys to create such documents and insure consistency with all the other documents and agreements the corporation should have.
