When buying a used car from a dealership, is the dealership responsible to tell the consumer if the car has been in any previous accidents?

Yes, the dealership has to inform the buyer if the vehicle has ever been in an accident. However, if the person which the dealership bought the vehicle from told them that the vehicle had not been in an accident than the dealership may not be entirely responsible.
