Once the e.e.o.c. has been unable to resolve a discrimination conflict in a complaintants place of employment can the complaintant file the civil suit? how?

From the time you request and receive a right to sue letter, you can file suit. Depending on the right to sue letter, time for filing will be limited by directions on right to sue letter.
