May I ask what company information is legally required on business letterheads in the United States? Thanks.

There are no such legal requirements. There are only certain limitations, such as it is illegal to use "M.D." if you are not a licensed medical doctor.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. The law would prohibit false statements, but there is no general requirement of what must be on a letterhead.
