contracts

I have a contract with a business to obtain sponsors & produce a TV show. He has now offered the sponsor & TV show to another. What recourse so I have?

It really depends on what the contract says (exclusivity clauses and such). Further, there could be elements of copyright infringement, etc. in this situation. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss this in more detail.
