Legal Question in Business Law in California

Need Document for California Corporate Power Of Attorney:

We need a form or template for a document to convey full durable general & all-inclusive power of attorney over a California LLC to 2 managing directors who are not and will not be members. There is and will be only one member / owner.

Thank You!

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you this. Templates, etc. are dangerous to use. You need to have the proper power of attorney drawn up by a lawyer. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

Mr. Murphy is correct. This is not something to be done with a cookie cutter. In addition, you can't give a power of attorney to multiple people, unless they are designated in succession. Otherwise it is kind of like matter and anti-matter if they disagree. They counteract each other, and everything blows up leaving nothing.
