Legal Question in Business Law in California

I was fired from a body shop where I served as an estimator. I noticed on their website they are using my name as an estimator on new jobs that I have never been involved as it is new business. Should I write a cease and desist letter giving a date for them to comply by. After the comply date should they fail to comply should I notify them there will be a charge for using my name?

You can ask them to cease and desist, but I don't think you can charge. At that point, if they do not cease and desist you will have to get an attorney and sue.
