Legal Question in Business Law in California

Garnishment

I am a college student, and I have a garnishment on my paycheck from Wells Fargo, becuase of a repossession. I was told that since Wells Fargo got the car back and sold it already ( and they have made a pofit ), that I could get that off by talking with them. Can anyone help. Please

Re: Garnishment

Not exactly, but you could probably get some type of payment plan or reduction.

We can probably assist you with doing this for a minimal fee. Our firm is local here in So Cal and I can be reached at the info provided by LawGuru or through one of our firm's websites such as No-Probate.com

Namaste,

Scott

Re: Garnishment

"I was told"? Who told you? Your Aunt Maude? Get your legal advice from a lawyer. If you call Wells Fargo yourself, you will probably get connected to some call center in India.
