Legal Question in Business Law in California

Hello

I recently developed a social networking site for people with tattoos containing a forum and site to post photos of there tattoos. I have a disclaimer stating you must be at least 18 to enter this site by the user clicking yes. I need a terms of use site and privacy statement written up and whatever else I may need to cover all my bases leaglly. Who can I contact( Preferrably over the net) to get these statements written for me and what else do I need? THank You, Nick

Hi Nick,

I have written a number of complete website "legal notices," including terms of use, privacy, disclaimers, and others. I have done so for a variety of web businesses with varying types and levels of legal exposure. I also have an internet business background having done internet business consulting for years before becoming an attorney. I would just need to ask you what you want to accomplish, and then write it up in the next few days.

Please send me an email to proceed, or with any questions you may have.

Best,

Daniel Bakondi, Esq.
