Legal Question in Business Law in California
Hookah bars regulations
I'm interested in opening a hookah bar in Huntington Beach, Orange County. The problem is that I have been told that I would not be able to sell bottled water or soft drinks (no alcoholic beverages)in my hookah bar. I would like to be able to sell bottled water and soft drinks in addition to providing the flavored tobacco's to complete my hookah bar. Is there a law that will allow me to sell non-alcoholic beverages as well as providing the tobacco needed to complete my Hookah bar. I appreciate any help that can be provided.
