Legal Question in Business Law in California

Independent contractor/sublease agreement

I thought I was looking for Indep Contract agreement, but I am a chiropractor trying to rent out a space for a massage therapist to use for her own business within our office... what sort of agreement/contract would I need? She would be doing her own scheduling, billing, collections, etc. and paying us a percentage as a fee for usage of the space.

Re: Independent contractor/sublease agreement

What you need is a sublease agreement that specifies that instead of a fixed rental price, the rate is a percentage of their income.

You should review your lease with the landlord to make sure you're allowed to sublease the space without breaching your own contract.

We can draft a sublease agreement and review your contract to make sure your not in breach for a flat fee. Please contact me if you're interested in having us draft this for you.
