Legal Question in Business Law in California

Internet Business

I'm an international student with F1 student VISA and would like to establish an Internet based company that focuses on B2B E-marketplace where I can make money from comissions from B2B autions and membership fees. Is that possible for me to establish a company? If it is totally impossible. Can I build a partnership with an American citizen to establish an Internet company? Also, I know that privacy policy and terms&agreements sections are very essential for a website. I heard these sections of websites can be prepared by lawyers. Could you tell me how much does it cost to have them done.

Re: Internet Business

Thank you for your inquiry.

It may be possible to set up the company that you seek, but there are BCIS guidelines that govern such companies, and as a result, they have to be set up strictly within those guidelines.

Our office has also done privacy policies, terms and agreements, and notices and policies for other websites, and would be happy to help you cover those areas.

I hope that this answer helps, but if you have other questions, want more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. I'm happy to help in any way that I can.
