Junk Fax Laws - How To Bi-Pass Them

I had an idea to start a business faxing

advertisments from local businesses TO local

businesses. But there is the problem of the

Infamous "Junk Fax Laws". I do not really

understand these laws completely and was wondering

if there was any legal way of getting around them.

Both the federal Congress and the California legislature have passed laws regarding advertising by facsimile. Having litigated suits on behalf of fax recipients, I consider myself an expert on these laws.
