I was wondering if you could tell me where I could get a template for a Labor agreement form for my company.

Are you looking for an employment agreement for employees to sign upon hire, or an agreement with a Union, or what.

Generally, labor law and employment law is probably not something that you would want to use a form template. Every company has different needs.

It depends to some extent on exactly what kind of a 'labor agreement' you mean, and the best advice I can give you is to retain an attorney to draft your form after consultation as to the objectives to be accomplished, or at least to review it afterward.

Having said that, if you're still tempted to try drawing up your own agreement, there are forms in various practice manuals and treatises that you can look at in your county law library. Ask the court clerk where it is, or consult phone directory. One of the better ones is 'Employment Law Compliance for New Businesses' by Continuing Education of the Bar (a joint venture of the State Bar of California and UC-Berkeley).
