Legal Question in Business Law in California

I am not a lawyer and I represent myself in a Civil case on product liability, fraud. The Court in a most recent hearing determined that I was misled by the other side or defense, in their hearing for summary judgment. It gave me leave to name the parent company in an amended complaint, instead of the subsidiary I sued the first time. This is case being handled at the Superior Court of CA in San Francisco.

Question: In my amended complaint, please confirm that I just show the parent company or the new defendant on the complaint form.

You've posted several questions about how to amend your complaint. Some of the others asked general procedural questionss. But this one seeks actual legal advice, tailored to the specifics of your case. LawGuru isn't here to fill the role of a lawyer for people who don't have one. We can help you understand what the law says, but we can't give you the kind of detailed guidance you're asking for. And even if we could, we would need a lot more information than you've provided.
