Legal Question in Business Law in California

liability disclosure

I am searching for information regarding liability

disclosure forms that companies have their

customer fill out and sign. Companies that run

somekind of operation, like motorcycle tracks,

where their customers could get hurt. I'm looking

for information regarding the ways companies

can protect themselves from getting sued and

would greatly be appreciated if I could get some

help. Thank You

I am in Pleasanton, and would be happy to help you.
