National docket filings

Is there a way (other than LexisNexis) to get a list of all the cases brought against a company?

Thanks!!

There are other pay services you can look into. I have used http://www.knowx.com and DBT Online (800) 279-7710.

You might also check out http://www.courtlink.com.

One way would be to acquire sufficent stockholdings to entitle you to eaxamine the corporate records under the laws of the state of incorporation. You can also do a fairly complete search by determining the various jurisdictions and venues in which the company could be sued, i.e. where jurisdiction could be obtained, and search the records of both the state and federal courts for that jurisdiction and venue. This would not necessarily produce a complete list but if you find all the venues then you should also find all the suits that are likely to hold water.
