Would this newspaper advert be considered an offer or an invitation to treat considering a fixed price with no negotiation was stated and the seller already referred to himself as a seller?

"For sale: second-hand Ford Fiesta; 5 years old, low mileage, good condition. Seller will deliver to purchaser within a 10 mile radius of Sandwich. Price �2,500 fixed price, no offers."
