what is owner's responsibility for garage door coming down on tenant's car
Tenant opens garage door with remote.
Tenant drives half way out of garage and garage door comes down.
Tenant pushes garage door remote in her car to get the garage door to open again.
The garage door worked fine before the incident and worked fine after the incident.
Tenants wants owner to accept liability for accident.
Owner's insurance has investigated and finds owner has no liability for incident since there is no negligence on owner's part.
Tenant wants owner to pay for car repair.
Who pays for car repair.
