Paycheck Reduction
The Company I work for is taking a mandatory reduction out of all employees' paychecks. The are calling it an ''Associate Contribution'' to pay for company''amenities'' such as cell phones and parking. I , however, do not have a company cell phone. Is this legal?

Unless there's a document you have signed that authorizes the company to do so, it is improper.
