Legal Question in Business Law in California

Profit Sharing Payment

I work for a company who pays monthly profit sharing and they callit Profir sharing not Bonus. I recently gave notice because I found another job.

I found out today not from my supervisor I will not get a Profit sharing check for the month of December.

Re: Profit Sharing Payment

There is no way I could know without looking at your profit sharing agreement, employment agreement, and knowing exactly what their stated basis for denial is. Is this something that is happening to everyone?
