Is there a standard form i can use to sell my California liquor license to someone?

There are a lot of forms, along with other documents you will need. Transferring a liquor license is not a simple process. Trying to do it without a lawyer, unless you are a VERY sophisticated business person with substantial legal knowledge in the area of liquor law, would be utterly foolish. You will need the help of a lawyer to do it without running into serious problems with the State.
