i have a tenant that is a Coperation in California. I use found out their Corperation is suspended. Does this terminate the lease i have with them

No. A suspended corporation can be revived at any time and the revivor is fully retroactive. Really the only thing a suspended. Orp cannot do is sue or defend litigation while suspended, but anything done in a case while suspended is retroactively validated by reviving.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. It affects the corporation's ability to sue or defend, but does not terminate a lease.
