Legal Question in Business Law in California
Trade school quoted price course, gave I'd no. And paid my sow payment and I was ready to go online and start course then another office rescinded the verbal agreement. Can I go with the first agreemen?

I don't understand what you mean by:
"price course"
"gave I'd no"
"sow payment"
Also, what do you mean by "first agreement?" It sounds as though you might mean "first quotation" but a price quotation isn't an agreement, it's at most an offer.
Please restate your question in clearer terms.
