W-8BEN form

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I'm from Bulgaria.

I have a company not VAT registered in Bulgaria, EU.I pay my taxes in

Bulgaria.

I have hosting, domains, blogs, use e-lance services, adwords, place

my ads on us-sites.

I'm affiliate marketer and I joined company ''Commission Junction''.

They asked me to complete w8 and ''Certification Of No United States Activities''.

Do I have to pay any taxes in US if I have activities in US?

Do I have to fill both of these forms or only one of them?

Re: W-8BEN form

Dear Sir,

It is consistent I think, you have to pay taxes in USA in case you develop there some trades activities. So as mattering what is the idea the contents of the blanc w8, I cannot answer to the second question. It is necessery to consult a local lawyer about it. If you want to know what taxes you should pay for the activity mounted by the company registered in Bulgaria, that is right another issue. For fact: between Bulgaria as well USA doesn't exist concluded agreement for avoidance of the double taxation.

Respects,

lawyer George Pechev
