Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Americans with Disabilities

I work for a subsidiary of a fortune 500 company that attempted to deny me and a number of others reasonable accommodation, knowing that, my psychological condition was covered and well documented. Even after forcing them to accept it, they continued to set up obstacles to deter me from continuing and others from asking the same or similar accommodations. Numerous threats were made, and for a year I've had to endure an atmosphere of hostility, contempt, fear and insecurity. All of which have exacerbated both my psychological problems and a life-threatening medical condition. Do I have a case?
