Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

my apattment was raided by swat team and cops i was detained as well as my mother and father for three hours they didnt even have a search warent and the next day i was evicted by my landlord no one in my apartment was arrested or charged with a crime and there was nothing found eligal the cops didnt even tell me why or what there were there for . i have went down to the police station to order a copy of the police report for what happend at my address two times and both times i was told that i could not get a copy of the police report because it is an unrealeable police report due to the saveriy of the crime i dont understand what they are talking about like i said there were no charges filed agoinst the people that were in my apartment at the time dont i have the right to know why they raided my apartment with no search warent ?
