Booked incorrectly?

My husband was booked incorrectly at the local PD 288 PC and then housed with the SO, he was brutally attakced due to that mistake in the CJ and sent to the hospital. The info. is accesible on the web housing location, court dates, div.& all. We obtained a court order to transfer him from there and channge that public info. it was granted but before it could be changed on the web ort explained to others he was stabbed and beaten by fellow inmates. We though it was over when sent to CDC custody that info 288 was still sent in his file and inputted in NCIC and has not been allowed visits with our son be/c of it. I was able to send CDC records and they claim it was changed but my husband said's it wasnt. Can we do anything about all the negligence brought about by the booking of the PD that almost killed my husband and continues to casue us stress?

I am not sure I understand. Is CJ the county jail?
