Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I was caught shoplifting in Downtown Los Angeles at Macys and was given a $425 fine , will this offense go in my record ? will this affect me to get a job ?

That sounds like a penalty demanded by the store. Whether you pay it or not, the store can file criminal charges, and many will do exactly that, even after you pay. If they had/have you arrested or cited to court, then you will have a 'record' of arrest. If you are convicted, that will be on your record. Of course criminal records will 'affect' your employability.
