Hello,I am looking for an atorney who could possibly help me in a class action lawsuit filed three and a half years ago,while I was an inmate in CDC custedy in which I slipped and injured my lower spinal column (slipped disc),and I haven't heard anything since,I have all pertinent documentation ,ie. medical records,copies of fileing etc.

Please contact me if anyone could be of assistance,or how I could go about getting receint information on my case .

What do you mean, "you haven't heard anything since"? What have you been doing all these years? Did you file the case or did somebody else? Did you have a lawyer? If you filed the case, and you didn't have a lawyer, did you follow through with the case you filed? It's not enough just to file a lawsuit and then just kick back. You have to do a zillion other things, starting with serving a copy of the summons and complaint on the other parties. If you didn't have good legal help 3 1/2 years ago, you probably screwed up and you are probably now Squat Out of Luck. But I could be wrong. You can get information about your case at the clerk's office, or some courts have information available on-line.
