Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

depriving medical treatment

My boyfriend has non-hodgkins lymphomia and was in the 4th month of a 6 month chemo treatment. He's on parole and they did a parole search. In my dresser was a tsar gun someone had given me, so they violated him. His imune system is that of an aids patient from his chemo. He has not recieved his needed pain and especially his antibiotic medication. This is gravely jepordising his life. They are killing him over a stun gun. I can't find anyone to help, his Dr. gets nowhere. A nurse called over his medication to San Quentin medical and all they have given him is moltrin, when he has been taking morphine for pain. It's cruel
