Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Discrimination at College Campus

Have this instructor who racially discriminates against us minorities in class. He is always constantly picking on us (Asians, Mexicans, Blacks, etc...) most of the time and not the other students who are Caucasian. He himself is Caucasian.

Re: Discrimination at College Campus

If you have other witnesses, to prove your allegations, and if those allegations are that he actually treats minorities negatively, adversely and different than others, then yes, you would have a claim of discrimination. You should file a formal complaint with the school [which generally has a dept for that], and with the state and federal agencies involved in discrimination. If you're serious about taking legal action, feel free to contact me to discuss your rights and remedies. You'll need to prepare a thorough chronological history of the events and facts you claim, for me and the agencies.
