Discrimination
I received a traffic ticket from CHP and as I looked over the ticked I noticed the ethnic box was marked for hispanic. Do I have grounds to fie a discrimatory claim?

For what? The police complying with the reporting laws imposed by civil rights activists, for the purpose of documenting race percentages of criminals? I guess you didn't notice that you said it was a check box, pre-printed on the form for that purpose.
