I was falsely imprisoned for 42 days. I was found not guilty on 2 AWDW misdemeanor charges through a speedy trial. Is there any justice or compensation?

Your \'justice\' was in being found not guilty, under our system of \'innocent until proven guilty\'. Many other countries would have a different outcome for you, locking you up until you bribe some officials to rule that you are \'innocent\'. \n\nYou don\'t really think that every person arrested, who the court system can\'t prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, is therefor \'falsely arrested\' and entitled to money from the government, do you? If that were the standard, there would be no arrests, for fear of lawsuit. Being found \'not guilty\' doesn\'t mean you were \'innocent\'. There is a big difference, and only you know the truth. Unless the jury went 12-0 for not guilty, some of them thought you were guilty too.
