Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

When my girlfriend and I were together we made a sex tape...now that we have split up do I have to destroy it? Who owns it by law? I have no malicious intentions just wondering what my legal rights are?

Be very very careful. You may not show it to anyone without her permission. If you do, she has a slam-dunk case against you which can cost you a lot of money and the attachment of your wages.

If I were your attorney I would advise you to permanently destroy it.
